We are looking for volunteers for our newest program!
Elementary Test Prep Program | PS 169 in Sunset Park, Brooklyn
This program helps 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade students prepare academically for the Mathematics and English state exams in April. Students also participate in social-emotional activities, such as journaling, team building, and creative projects.

Days/Times
- February 1st-April 4th (7 Saturdays)
- 9:30 am – 12:30 pm or 10:45 am – 2:00 pm
Location
- PS 169 in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Just 10 minutes away from Atlantic-Barclays subway station!
Volunteer Commitments
- Commit to at least 3 sessions during the semester.
- Complete GoPass (fingerprint & background check).
- Attend one orientation and one onsite training on the first day of the program.
- Attendance Policy: Provide advance notice of absence.
If you’re interested in volunteering, please submit a volunteer inquiry on our website. You will receive an automated email with a link to our Volunteer Application. Once you’ve filled that out, we will schedule an in-person interview at our office which is located at 120 Walker Street.
